1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of products made on the site shop.catharinas.fr operated by CatharinaS (Catharina Stewart EI) based in France. By placing an order, you fully and unconditionally accept these terms and conditions of sale.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are those described on the Site. We strive to present the products as accurately as possible. However, images and descriptions may slightly vary depending on the user's device display settings.
3. Orders
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse an order in case of issues with the delivery address or if we suspect fraud.
4. Prices
The prices of products are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT applicable in France. Shipping costs are not included in the prices and will be displayed during the checkout process. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the prices applicable will be those in effect at the time of your order.
5. Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method offered on our site. Payments are secured, and credit card information is encrypted to ensure your security.
6. Shipping
- Shipping Methods: We offer standard and express shipping. Standard delivery in France takes 2 to 6 business days, while international delivery takes 5 to 10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout.
- Customs Fees: For international orders, customs duties or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Order Processing and Shipping Times
We strive to process and prepare orders for shipment within 3 to 5 business days from the purchase date. Please note that this does not include the shipping transit time. Headcovers and Textile Accessories Orders: Please note that these products are made to order and require an additional 1-week manufacturing time. This manufacturing time is added to the processing and delivery time mentioned above.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the receipt of the order. The items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, with tags). Customized products cannot be returned unless defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
9. Liability
CatharinaS cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, such as loss of profits, resulting from the use of our products or the sale thereof. We make every effort to ensure the security of your transactions and the integrity of the products we ship, but we cannot be held responsible for damages due to external events, such as shipping delays or lost packages.

All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, etc.) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction without the prior consent of CatharinaS is prohibited.
