Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@catharinas.fr.
Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a tracked return method so you can open an investigation with the postal service in case the returned item is not received.
Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as personalized products (customized items or special orders).
If you have any questions about a specific item, feel free to contact us.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
In accordance with European legislation, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any reason. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If your request is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times by your bank or credit card company may also take some time.
