Shipping Methods

We offer standard international shipping from France with fixed rates depending on the destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance and local carriers. Express shipping is also available on request; please contact our customer service at contact@catharinas.fr if you would like to arrange a faster delivery.

Currently, we do not offer pick-up locations.


Delivery Timeframes

All our products are designed in France and prepared to order. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your order to be ready and shipped. Delivery timeframes below are additional to this preparation time. Thank you for your patience and support!

Please note that the delivery timeframes listed below are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond our control such as customs clearance or local postal services. The following are the estimated delivery times by region:

  • France: 2–3 business days
  • European Union: 3–6 business days
  • United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the World (including USA, Japan, Canada, Australia): 7–20 business days

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are listed in euros (€).

Prices may be converted automatically depending on your location at checkout.

  • France: €6.99

  • European Union: €12.99

  • United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: €16.99

  • Rest of the World: €24.90

Free international shipping is automatically applied for orders over €250.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase.

Please note that this processing time does not include shipping transit time and handmade production time.


Headcovers and Textile Accessories Orders

Headcovers and textile accessories are handmade to order and require an additional production time of approximately one week.

This manufacturing time will be added to the processing and delivery time mentioned above.


Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information.

Customers receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once their parcel has been dispatched.


Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, certain destinations may have local import regulations or restrictions that prevent delivery of specific products.

These cases are rare, but international customers are responsible for ensuring that their order complies with their country’s import regulations.


Customs & Import Duties

For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may apply depending on the destination country.

These fees are not included in the product price and remain the responsibility of the customer.

In some cases, duties may be prepaid to ensure a smoother delivery experience.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the unfortunate event that a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date.

We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
